Persona-Withdrawn
This scene of a bison plucked from the base of the Tetons plays out on hand burnt and dyed leather stretched upon an elegantly rustic wood frame. To me, it needed to feel like a violin, act as half of a bow, and have the presence of a throne. This is the second of my Persona series; chairs designed to reflect the nature of their owner. While for sale, this chair is intended is to inspire you to allow me to interpret your personality through my art.
This artwork was pulled from my sketchbook, and inspired by the work of conservationist Allen Savory; a hero of mine. This piece is a simple truthful observance of the fact that vast herds of animals have been removed worldwide. Throughout my life, I have imagined how magnificent it would have been to see those vast herds in person!
